What are the Chains made of ?
They are made of 18k plated gold and are normal length of 18 inch unless stated other wise. I do not recommend swimming or showering with them on or spraying perfume on them as they will tarnish over time.
What is the wire made of?
The wire is made from copper but is plated with a tarnish resistant coating and is amazing quality.
Shipping- How long will it take?
I aim to get the your order out within 3 days from when the order is placed. I am a mama of two but I will do my best to get your order out as fast as possible. After sending them it can take up to 5 working days due to high demands of couriers during times of covid.
The ETA shipping times are when the order has been sent not from when the order has been made, as above it will take up to 3 days to get your order out, then shipping is 3-5 working days via courier.
All orders will come with a tracking number.
Where is my order?
There should always be a tracking number sent to you with your order. Please check the link to track your package. If there is a problem please call the company I have posted with to locate your parcel.
Do you offer pick up?
Yes I do. If you are in the Bay of Plenty region I am happy for you to pick up your order.
Do you do custom orders?
At this time I will not be doing custom orders, but you can email or Pm on social media to have a chat about some of the necklaces.
Where do you source your crystals from?
I have different sources for my crystals. All over New Zealand and the world.
What crystal is for me?
When the crystal jumps out at you and you say ''I need this crystal'' 9 times out of 10 you will read the meaning and the properties and they will be what you need in your life at that point of time.
What are the properties of the crystal?
They should have the descriptions to the side of them. If you are wanting more information, there are many crystal books to choose from or search it up on google, there is so much information out there to help us all.
How do I cleanse my crystals?
The Sun, Water, Moon and Smudges are all ways to cleanse your crystals. When you feel they need a cleanse you can put them out in the moon or full moon to give them a wash in it's energy. Some days I feel my crystals need a cleanse and I will pop them on my windowsill to get a bit of a bath in the sunlight. Just like us, we need all of the above! You can also do a cleanse in water. Make sure that your crystal is able to be washed in water (eg selenite is not able to be put in water) I always cleanse your crystals with a smudge stick or Reiki as I'm a Reiki Healer and love to put my love into the crystals before sending them out to you.
When do I cleanse my crystals?
When you feel they need a cleanse! Everyone is different, go by your intuition
